NORTHEAST ADSA-ASAS
GRADUATE STUDENT PRESENTATION COMPETITION
ENTRY GUIDELINES

The Northeast ADSA-ASAS Graduate Student Presentation Competition will be held in conjunction with the National ADSA and National ASAS joint meeting in Phoenix, AZ. The meeting dates are June 22-26, 2003.

All graduate students are invited to participate! First, second, and third place winners will be recognized with a certificate and be awarded one of three cash awards ($500 for 1st, $350 for 2nd, and $200 for 3rd.) The Northeast ADSA-ASAS will provide $200 in travel support for all participants in the competition, with a maximum of three entries from each member institution. An individual student may not enter more than two Northeast ADSA-ASAS competitions.

In preparing the abstract and oral presentation, competitors must follow the same requirements for all other presentations of technical papers at the meeting. Graduate students will not be able to participate in both the national and Northeast competition unless they submit 2 different abstracts--one for Northeast and one for the National.
