No telephone reservations will be accepted.
All reservation requests will be made through the ASAS Housing Bureau, NOT with individual hotels.
Changes and cancellations must be made in writing to the ASAS Housing Bureau.
A one-night advance deposit is required for each room requested. A check or money order must accompany this form in order to be processed. Make checks payable to ASAS Housing Bureau for a one-night stay at your first-choice hotel for each room requested. Tax is 11%.
Requests are processed in the order that they are received. If your choices are not available, you will be placed in the next available choice that meets your requirements.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least seven days prior to your arrival. DON'T BE A NO SHOW! This only inconveniences the hotel and fellow convention delegates. Thank you.
