Reminder: Award Nomination Deadline

WHAT: ASAS Award Nomination. This is an excellent way to recognize the contributions of your colleagues and students. The list of ASAS awards to be presented at the 2010 Joint ADSA-PSA-AMPA-CSAS-ASAS Meeting in Denver, Colorado, July 11-15 is shown below.

PROCEDURES: The submission process has been developed to make the award procedure more convenient and efficient. All nominations are submitted on the ASAS web site http://www.asas.org/awards.asp (mailing copies is not required). Complete instructions can be found on the web site.

DEADLINE: All nominations must be SUBMITTED on the web site no later than February 24, 2010 11:59 pm.

Graduate Student Travel Scholarships: The Dr. Joe Fontenot Appreciation Club and The Dr. H. Allen Tucker Appreciation Club have established scholarships to support graduate student travel to and participation in the annual ASAS meetings.
