Important information regarding poster presentations
- Each presenter is responsible for making their own poster and hanging it on the poster board by 7am on the morning they are assigned.
- All posters must be removed at 5pm on the same day or the poster will be discarded.
- Poster board dimensions will be as follows so please plan accordingly: 7.5ft/2.4m high x 2.95ft/0.9m wide
- Each presenter must register for the conference in order to hang and present their poster so do not forget to go online and register today. You can register on-line or by faxing or emailing to the numbers or email addresses listed on the form.
