Graduate Student Travel Scholarships Available

The Dr. Joe Fontenot Appreciation Club was established to support graduate student travel and participation in annual and regional ASAS meetings.  The Club will offer Graduate Student Travel Scholarships to the Southern Section American Society of Animal Science meeting in 2006.  Graduate students presenting research papers may apply for travel support by submitting an application (http://www.asas.org/newawards/lognom.asp). A selection committee has been established to review applications.

Applications are due by October 12, 2005, and notification of recipients of scholarships will be December 15, 2005.
