All papers must be received as photo-ready. Also enclose a copy of the manuscript on a 3.5-inch disk in Microsoft Word 97 or greater or WordPerfect 10 or lower and a .pdf file.

For manuscripts to be included in the WSASAS Proceedings, page charges must be submitted at the same time as the manuscript (no later than April 5, 2004). Payment will be accepted by Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express), University PO, or check.
