Midwest begins!


The 2017 Annual Meeting of the ASAS Midwestern Section and ADSA Midwest Branch kicked off with a welcome reception on Sunday, March 12, at The Durham Museum in Omaha’s historic Union Station.

Scientific sessions began today and continue through noon on Wed., March 15. Today’s program includes several symposia and student oral and poster competitions. Special events this evening include the Klopfenstein Opening Lecture, Reception and Recognition of the 2017 Young Scholar Winners, and the Academic Quadrathlon Quiz Bowl Finals and Award Presentation.

The Program book and Abstract book for the Midwest Meeting are available online in pdf format. The Abstract book will be available as a Journal of Animal Science supplement after the meeting.
