The 2018 Innovate is truly embracing the concept of Innovation! Not only do we have a series of top quality scientific presentations, we have added in several presentations by chefs. They are addressing methods, opportunities and challenges of using traditional and non-traditional high quality animal protein sources. Amongst the chefs presenting is Chef Philipp Parola
. Chef Parola's talk is titled “Can’t beat ‘em, eat ‘em!” and focuses on invasive species use as a high quality protein source.
This year’s conference will focus on Influencing the Future of Animal-Sourced Foods and will be held on September 9-11 at the ChâteauÉlan Winery & Resort in Braselton, GA.
