Innovate 2018: Scheduled to Speak Chef Philippe Parola, “Can’t beat ‘em, Eat ‘em!”

 
 
 
The 2018 Innovate is truly embracing the concept of Innovation! Not only do we have a series of top quality scientific presentations, we have added in several presentations by chefs. They are addressing methods, opportunities and challenges of using traditional and non-traditional high quality animal protein sources. Amongst the chefs presenting is Chef Philipp Parola. Chef Parola's talk is titled “Can’t beat ‘em, eat ‘em!” and focuses on invasive species use as a high quality protein source.

This year’s conference will focus on Influencing the Future of Animal-Sourced Foods and will be held on September 9-11 at the ChâteauÉlan Winery & Resort in Braselton, GA.
