The Legacy Fund supports ASAS programs and initiatives that will leave a legacy for the society and its members. As animal scientists, our mission is to make this world a better place for our families, our friends and the many generations that will come after us.

This fund is dedicated to supporting our highest priorities, including the Legacy Scholarships.

Legacy Scholarship Guidelines

In addition to the Legacy Scholarships, this fund may be used for, but not limited to, additional student travel scholarships, student competitions, graduate student achievement awards, D.C. interns, enhancing and expanding excellence in animal science programming and increasing the number of members recognized for their transformational work in animal science. This fund also supports Animal Frontiers, supporting the Annual Meeting, and foundation management of these initiatives.
