*Eligibility for Young Investigator Registration

Young Investigators are defined as individuals still in full-time training (PhD or MD) or researchers within 3 years of their terminal degree (PhD or MD). To receive the reduced young investigator registration fee, registrants must provide a letter from their department head, chair or mentor verifying their status. The letter can be faxed to 217-568-6070 or email as a PDF attachment to asas@asas.org.

Transportation

The St. Regis offers complimentary airport shuttle transfer to & from the Pitkin County Commercial Airport (ASE). The shuttle operates from 5:30am to 10:30pm every 30 minutes on a continuous loop. There is a St. Regis airport butler stationed at the airport to assist all arriving hotel guests with luggage and getting on the shuttle.

Housing is now full at the St. Regis Aspen. For rooms for the meeting please check online at the following link for a list of hotels with availability.

The Mountain Chalet Aspen is located across the street from the St. Regis Aspen.
