Hotels listed below are in the ASAS/CSAS  meeting room block. ASAS has negotiated the best rates available. Rates listed are per night and for single or double occupancy. Triple and quadruple rates are available at a slightly higher rate. 

To receive discounted hotel rates, you must book through the official online system. Reservations will not be accepted directly through the hotels.

Letters of invitation

We’re excited to welcome our international visitors! Please note that all travelers must have a valid U.S. travel authorization before arriving in Wisconsin. The type of authorization you need depends on the purpose and length of your visit.

If you plan to stay for fewer than 90 days and are a citizen of one of the countries participating in the U.S. Visa Waiver Program, you do not need a visa. Instead, you can apply for an Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) online.

Travelers who are citizens of African or South American countries are not eligible to travel to the United States using an ESTA and will need to apply for a B-1 visa. We recommend starting this process as early as possible, as visa processing times can take several weeks or longer.

If you have any questions or need help with the process, your nearest U.S. embassy or consulate will be happy to assist you.

International visitors are encouraged to start their visa application process early. Upon request, we will be able to issue visa letters of attendance as soon as registration has been received

Code of Conduct – Respectful Behavior

All event participants—including speakers, attendees, panelists, session chairs, and others—are expected to refrain from any form of verbal or physical abuse, as well as all forms of harassment.

Participants must avoid making disparaging or discriminatory remarks based on nationality, opinions or beliefs, culture, ethnicity, gender, or personal life.

Such behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances. If you experience or witness any form of harassment, report it to staff or meeting organizers immediately.

On-site, for the re-printing of forgotten/lost/stolen badges a $25 will be charged.

ASAS reserves the right to use any photo or video taken at the WCGALP Meeting without the expressed written consent of those included in the content.

Camera, Video Camera, and Cell Phone Policy

The use of cameras, video cameras, tablets, and smartphones (for calls or audio or video recording) is prohibited during oral and poster presentations to minimize disruption and unauthorized dissemination of data. Anyone found in violation of this policy will be asked to leave the session.
