Abstract Submission
Late-Breaking abstract submission is closed for the 2026 ASAS-CSAS Annual Meeting!
Deadline: Friday, May 1, 2026 at 3:00 PM CT

Oral Presentation Information
You will be able to upload or change your presentation slides onsite at the meeting in the Hall of Fame room during the following hours:
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: Hours: 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM
NOTE: Slides need to be uploaded the morning or afternoon before your presentation in the Hall of Fame room to make sure the technician has enough time to process them.
Slides should be in PowerPoint and slide format should be widescreen (16:9).
Poster Presentation Information
You will be able to upload or change your poster slides onsite at the Poster Help Desk in the Grand Terrace room during the following hours:
- Monday, July 20: Hours: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday, July 21: Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:45 PM
NOTE: Slides need to be uploaded the morning or afternoon before your presentation in the Grand Terrace room to make sure the technician has enough time to process them.
Slides should be in PowerPoint and slide format should be widescreen (16:9).

- Production, Management and Environment
Abstract General Information
- All submitters must log in as a New User for their first submission as the system is different for each meeting.
- Original research, teaching, and extension papers are encouraged. Oral papers or posters should consist of original, completed work that has not been accepted for publication.
- Authors need to be aware of patent considerations before submitting abstracts for publication.
- Abstract text is limited to 450 words, excluding title, keywords and any tables. Do not double-space between sentences as this extra space is considered a word in the count.
- Tables can be added as a PDF during the abstract submission process. Use the Table Guidelines and view the examples prior to submission. This will allow for a consistent display within the Meeting App and Website.

Student Competition Guidelines
5 competitions are offered for student participants:
- ASAS Graduate Student Poster Competition: MS Division (for ASAS members only)
- ASAS Graduate Student Poster Competition: PhD Division (for ASAS members only)
- ASAS Undergraduate Student Poster Competition (for ASAS members only)
- CSAS Graduate Student Poster Competition (for CSAS members only and must be attending a Canadian School)
- CSAS Graduate Student Oral Competition (for CSAS members only and must be attending a Canadian School)
