Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register?
All attendees must register through the online registration system. Payment is required at the time of registration.

Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes. A confirmation email will be sent immediately after your registration is completed.

Can I register on site?
On-site registration may be available; however, availability may be limited, and higher registration rates will apply after the early registration deadline.

Are ticketed events refundable?
No. Ticketed events are non-refundable and must be purchased in advance.

Code of Conduct – Respectful Behavior

All event participants—including speakers, attendees, panelists, session chairs, and others—are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment. Verbal or physical abuse, harassment, intimidation, or other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Participants must refrain from disparaging or discriminatory remarks based on nationality, opinions or beliefs, culture, ethnicity, gender, or personal life.

If you experience or witness harassment or inappropriate behavior, please report it immediately to ASAS staff or a meeting organizer.

Special Requests

ASAS strives to accommodate attendees with special requests and accessibility needs. Please contact the ASAS Meetings Team as early as possible so we can determine how best to assist you.

Lost or Forgotten Badge

A $25 fee will be charged for the on-site reprinting of a lost, forgotten, or stolen badge.

Photography & Use of Images

By attending the ASAS-CSAS-WSASAS Annual Meeting, participants acknowledge and agree that ASAS may photograph or record attendees during the event. ASAS reserves the right to use photographs, video, or other recordings taken at the meeting for promotional, educational, or other organizational purposes without obtaining additional written consent from individuals included in the content.

Camera, Video & Cell Phone Policy

The use of cameras, video cameras, tablets, and smartphones for calls, photography, audio recording, or video recording is prohibited during oral and poster presentations. This policy is intended to minimize disruptions and protect the intellectual property and unpublished data presented at the meeting.

Anyone found violating this policy may be asked to leave the session.
