Registration for the 2027 ASAS–CSAS–WSASAS Annual Meeting will open soon. Check back for registration rates and additional details.

Cancellation Policy

To be eligible for an 80% refund of meeting registration fees, cancellation requests must be received in writing before May 7, 2027.

No refunds will be issued after May 7, 2027.

Ticketed events are non-refundable and will not be available for on-site purchase.

Refunds will not be issued if a visa application is denied by an embassy or consulate.

Badge Scanning Disclosure

Your meeting badge may contain a QR code or other technology that can be scanned by participating sponsors and exhibitors.

By voluntarily allowing a sponsor or exhibitor to scan your badge, you consent to ASAS sharing the contact information associated with your badge with that specific sponsor or exhibitor. Once your information has been provided, the sponsor or exhibitor is responsible for its use in accordance with its own privacy practices.

You are never required to allow a sponsor or exhibitor to scan your badge.

Registration Privacy Notice

ASAS collects personal information during registration for purposes related to administering the meeting, including registration processing, attendee communications, meeting operations, housing and event management where applicable, and providing requested meeting services.

ASAS may also use your information to communicate with you about the meeting and other ASAS programs, services, and activities in accordance with ASAS privacy practices.

ASAS will not provide your email address to meeting sponsors or exhibitors for their independent marketing communications unless you have given permission through the registration process or voluntarily provide your information to a sponsor or exhibitor, such as by allowing your badge to be scanned.
