Cancellation Policy

To be eligible for a 50% refund of meeting registration fees, cancellation requests must be received in writing before May 7, 2027.

No refunds will be issued after May 7, 2027

Ticketed events are non-refundable and will not be available for on-site purchase.

Refunds will not be processed in the event that a Visa Application has been refused by an Embassy/Consulate Office.
