- Submit original, completed work that has not been accepted for publication.
- Abstract limit: 450 words, excluding the title, keywords, and tables. Use a single space between sentences.
- Tables: Upload as a PDF and review the table guidelines and examples before submitting.
- Review patent considerations before submitting your abstract for publication.

All posters are digital.
- Format: One-slide PDF at the highest resolution possible
- Slide size: 16:9 widescreen, landscape orientation
- Total time: 5 minutes — 3 minutes for your presentation and 2 minutes for questions
